These terms apply when you buy from noramyx.com. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

We are Noramyx Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17387250), registered office Gloucester Road, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire GL10 2PB, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@noramyx.com. We usually reply within one working day.

1. Our product, and what it is not

Noramyx Skin & Coat Collagen is a complementary feed for dogs. It is a food supplement, not a medicine.

It is not a treatment for any disease and nothing on this site should be read as veterinary advice. If your dog is unwell, or is being treated for a skin condition, speak to your vet. Never stop or change medication your vet has prescribed because of anything you have read here. If you are unsure whether the product suits your dog, ask your vet before you start.

Individual results vary. Where we describe what owners typically report, we are describing a range of experiences and not promising you the same outcome.

2. How the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm the order has been dispatched — at that point there is a contract between us. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The price is the one displayed when you place your order. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

If we have made an obvious pricing mistake and you could reasonably have spotted it, we do not have to supply at the wrong price. We will contact you before doing anything.

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards.

4. Delivery

Delivery areas, dispatch times, delivery windows and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Whatever is stated there, your order will be delivered within 30 days of you placing it; if it is not, you may cancel and we will refund you in full.

The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Risk passes on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

5. Cancelling and returning

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and a separate 90-day satisfaction guarantee that we offer on top of it. In neither case do we ask you to send anything back. Both are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

7. Storage and use

Follow the directions on the label. Store away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and animals. Use by the date shown on the bottle. We cannot be responsible for problems caused by storing or using the product other than as directed.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else it would be unlawful to exclude. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

We only supply for domestic and private use. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

9. Marketing emails

If you have opted in, we will send you emails about the product and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we act on it immediately.

10. Reviews and photographs

If you send us a review or a photograph of your dog, you are giving us permission to publish it on the site, in emails and in advertising, with the first name or display name you gave. You can ask us to take it down at any time by emailing hello@noramyx.com and we will remove it within a reasonable period. Please only send photographs you took yourself.

11. Complaints

Email hello@noramyx.com. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and resolve within five.

12. Other terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will always tell you in writing if this happens.

These terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them.

If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.

If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do, that does not mean we cannot do so later.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
