Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we can't deliver there yet.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of ordering.

We'd rather tell you that up front than promise next-day and disappoint you. Our stock ships directly from our manufacturing partner in China, which is why it takes longer than a next-day parcel — and while most orders arrive comfortably inside that window, occasionally one takes longer.

Whatever happens, your order will arrive within 30 days of you placing it. That's your legal right, not a target — if it hasn't reached you by then you can cancel and we'll refund you in full.

Free delivery on three bottles or more applies automatically at checkout. There's no code to enter.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If you haven't had it within 5 working days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email hello@noramyx.com and we'll chase it.

If it hasn't arrived

Email us. We'll look into it straight away rather than asking you to wait it out. If it's genuinely lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer, and we don't ask you to send anything back.

If it arrives damaged

Email hello@noramyx.com with your order number and a photograph. We'll replace it or refund it. Keep the damaged one — there's nothing to return.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, email us straight away. If it hasn't been dispatched we'll correct it. Once it's with the carrier we can't change it.

Import duty and VAT

Nothing extra to pay. UK VAT is included in the price you see, and any import duty is handled and paid by us before your order reaches you. You will never be asked for money by the courier.
